Long ago, astronomy research was carried out using gears that were said to measure the heavens. During his travels, the protagonist Gear comes across a mysterious gear with a compass attached. As he follows the compass, he comes across an injured animal lying on the ground. As he tries to treat the animal and continue his journey, he is led to a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel....
